What if audit findings had to survive a courtroom before a human ever saw them?
No single model gets to declare fraud. Every anomaly is argued by an adversarial tribunal — Skeptic, Advocate, Forensic Quant, Regulatory Eye, Polymath — and only findings that survive cross-examination reach the investigator, sealed into court-defensible evidence chains. Built by one designer directing AI agents as the engineering team.

Directing AI product design inside the platform that runs the world's largest asset manager.
Recruited to Data & AI; promoted to UX Director within nine months; now directing AI product design for Aladdin Studio — where working prototypes precede requirements, and time-to-task-completion is the UX success metric.
Turning a data lake into something GE's global finance organization could actually use.
Global experience design for the FP&A and reporting platforms GE's finance organization ran on, through its most intense period of financial transformation. MyFDL was the personalized front door; the Compass widget standard made every KPI, headcount, and spend visualization composable. That fluency became the foundation for Elenchus.

Designing the AI-first enterprise a decade early: a CFO cockpit you could talk to, and turbines you could see through.
TCS's global emerging-tech practice — 18 UX principals, a 50+ person innovation team, six cities — shipping art-of-the-possible into production for Fortune 50 clients. The signature: the CFO Cockpit, where a finance leader spoke a question and initiated a $3.1M policy change. In 2017, that was science fiction with a ship date.

The full GE Power HoloLens application, boardroom to plant floor. The headset reads a QR code and summons a live gas-turbine digital twin; voice commands and pinch gestures drive health heatmaps, stage isolation, and repair actions — through to a confirmed transaction routed for approvals. Step through the actual flow, in sequence.

Not every engagement ended in pixels. For Delta, I authored a 25-page technology landscape — BLE protocols, beacon hardware, signal physics, indoor-positioning platforms, flow-analytics vendors — to answer one question: how do you guide a passenger through an airport? The recommendation that won the room was to install none of it. Delta already owned the cameras in its terminals and the app in its passengers' pockets — computer-vision passenger-flow tracking plus in-app notifications delivered the outcome in software, with zero new hardware to buy, mount, or maintain. Solution architecture is the other half of the practice: knowing when the right answer isn't the technology you were asked to evaluate.

Where the discipline was earned: information architecture at revenue scale.
Information architecture at revenue scale: AT&T's largest online revenue area, Turner's web and mobile portfolio, Apple's engraved-gifting engagement, and a global MDM core adopted by The Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, Sony, and Philips.
